Welcome to vortex-casino-game.com (the “Site”) and the Vortex game app (the “App”). By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms. If anything is unclear, contact support.
1) Who we are
Vortex Game (“we”, “us”) operates the Site and the App. We provide access to the Vortex game, cashier, promotions, and support for users in India.
2) Age and eligibility
- Services are for 18+ only. Do not register if you are under 18.
- You use the Site and App on your own decision and responsibility.
- Vortex is for fun. It is not an earning game.
3) Account
- One account per person. Use your real name and correct details.
- Protect login. Turn on two-factor authentication in Profile.
- Do not share your account with others.
4) Verification (KYC)
- We can request PAN or Aadhaar, ID photo, selfie, and a bank proof with matching name.
- KYC is usually asked before withdrawals or if our risk checks flag activity.
- Clear photos speed up review. Name mismatch or blurry files can delay it.
5) Payments (INR)
We support India rails. Some values can change by partner. Cashier shows your current options.

- Daily withdrawal cap: ₹200,000 per account unless your profile shows different.
- Payouts may split into parts due to partner caps. Each part has own status line in Cashier.
- Processing time excludes KYC and extra security checks.
- We do not add platform fees; payment providers or banks may add their fees.

Outcomes use a certified RNG. Account history does not change round results.

7) Bonuses and promo codes
- Each promo has its own rules. Read min deposit, wagering, time, and max bet during wagering.
- Typical example: 100% match up to ₹20,000; wagering 35× bonus; time 7 days; max bet ₹400 per round while wagering.
- Contribution can differ by game type. Crash and slots often 100%, tables and live lower.
- One active bonus at a time unless promo page says otherwise.
8) Responsible gaming
- Set deposit, loss, and session limits in Profile.
- Use reality check popups and short breaks.

9) Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, stolen funds, chargebacks, or identity misuse.
- Multi-accounting, collusion, or bonus abuse patterns.
- Bots, scripts, automation, or tampering with the App or Site.
- VPN/proxy to bypass controls or geography checks.
- Harassment, spam, or harmful content in chat or support.
10) Software and updates
- We grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the App and Site.
- We may update or suspend features for maintenance or security.
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute our software or content.
11) Third-party links
- Some buttons go to partner sites. Use them only if you understand their terms.
- Outbound partner links should carry rel="sponsored nofollow".
12) Content and IP
- Logos, texts, graphics, and game assets belong to us or our licensors.
- Do not copy or reuse content without written permission.
13) Suspension and closure
- We can suspend or close accounts for KYC failure, risk alerts, or prohibited conduct.
- Balances are paid subject to KYC and partner limits, minus any unpaid fees or chargebacks.
14) Refunds and chargebacks
- Deposits are final once used in play. Unused deposits can be reviewed for refund.
- Chargeback attempts may lead to account suspension and recovery of costs.
15) Dormant accounts
- Accounts with no login for 12 months are dormant. We try to contact you by email or SMS.
- We may close a dormant account after notice. Balance can be withdrawn after KYC.
16) Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your winnings or bonuses under your local rules. Check your own obligations.
17) Liability
- We aim for stable service, but downtime and errors can happen.
- We are not responsible for losses due to internet issues, device problems, or third-party failures.
- To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the last 30 days before the claim.
18) Privacy
We process your data under our Privacy Policy. See: Privacy Policy. For requests, contact our DPO or Grievance Officer.
19) Complaints and grievance
If you have a complaint, contact support first. If not resolved, write to our Grievance Officer with your account ID, dates, and screenshots.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India, will handle any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms.
